You must be at least 18 years old, an authorised representative of a legally registered business (sole proprietorship, partnership, LLP or company), and able to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.

BforBusiness is a technology marketplace that connects wholesale buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell or warrant the products listed. The seller is the legal seller of record for every transaction.

• Provide accurate delivery, GSTIN and contact details.
• Pay for orders in full at checkout.
• Inspect shipments on delivery and raise issues within 48 hours.
• Not resell goods in violation of MRP, BIS or licensing rules.

• List only products you are legally entitled to sell.
• Maintain accurate stock, pricing and shipping configuration.
• Dispatch within the SLA shown on the listing.
• Issue a valid GST tax invoice with every shipment.
• Honour the Bfor returns & disputes process.

Prices shown to buyers are landed prices for the selected pincode and quantity. Bfor charges sellers a per-order commission and optional subscription fees as published in the seller dashboard. Buyers do not pay any platform fee.

BforBusiness, the Bfor mark, the wordmark and the underlying software are owned by BforBusiness Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Product images, brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. By uploading content, sellers grant Bfor a non-exclusive licence to host and display it on the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Code of Conduct, or applicable law. Sellers in active disputes will have their payouts held until resolution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BforBusiness' aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Platform is limited to the commission earned on the affected transaction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
