Shipping policy
BforBusiness is a pincode-aware marketplace — the price you see for a product is the landed cost for the qty and delivery pincode you entered. This page explains how that works.
Who ships the order
- Shiprocket-managed: Most sellers ship through Shiprocket. We generate the AWB at order time and the buyer receives tracking on email and the app.
- Seller-managed: Some sellers handle their own logistics (own fleet or regional couriers). The shipping rate then comes from the seller's rule and tracking is provided manually.
ETA
The ETA shown on each seller row in the comparison table is the courier's estimate (Shiprocket) or the seller's commitment (seller-managed). It is an estimate, not a guarantee — delays are possible due to weather, holidays or addressing issues.
Multi-seller orders
If your cart spans multiple sellers, each seller ships separately. You will receive one AWB and one GST invoice per seller. Each shipment may arrive on a different day.
Serviceability
A seller will not appear in the comparison for a pincode they cannot serve. If no seller can serve your pincode for a variant, we'll say so on the product page; you can still request a quote and a seller may activate that route for you.
Damaged or lost in transit
Raise a dispute within 48 hours of delivery (or 7 days from the promised ETA if the shipment never arrives). See the returns & refunds policy for the full process.
Restricted goods
We do not ship hazardous materials, narcotics, weapons, live animals or anything restricted under Indian law. Sellers attempting to list such items are removed under the Code of conduct.
