For buyers
- Do I need an account to browse?
- No. You can browse the catalog, categories and product pages freely. You need to sign in to view wholesale prices, add items to cart and place an order.
- Why do prices change with my pincode?
- Bfor shows landed prices โ unit price + GST + shipping for the qty and pincode you entered. Sellers and slabs that can't serve your pincode are filtered out automatically.
- Can I order from multiple sellers in one cart?
- Yes. We split the order at checkout and you receive one shipment + one GST invoice per seller.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- MOQ is set per listing by the seller and shown on the product page. Below MOQ, "Add to cart" is disabled.
- How do I get a GST invoice?
- Add your GSTIN to your profile during checkout. Each shipment's invoice is emailed to you and available under My Orders.
- Can I negotiate price for large orders?
- Yes โ use the "Request a quote" button on any product page. The seller usually responds within 1 business day.
For sellers
- How do I list a product?
- Sign up as a seller, complete KYC (PAN + GSTIN + bank), then create your warehouse and add listings. Bulk upload via CSV is also supported under Seller โ Bulk upload.
- How are payouts made?
- Razorpay Route splits the order at the time of payment. Payouts land in your registered bank account on T+2 working days after delivery confirmation.
- What commissions does BforBusiness charge?
- See the seller dashboard under Billing for current plan rates. There is no listing fee โ only a per-order commission and any opted-in subscription tier.
- Can I request a new brand or category?
- Yes โ both forms are inline inside the new-listing wizard. An admin reviews and approves typically within 1 business day.
Shipping & returns
- Who handles shipping?
- By default we generate the AWB through Shiprocket. Sellers may opt for self-managed shipping; in that case shipping rates and SLAs come from the seller.
- What if my shipment is damaged?
- Raise a dispute within 48 hours of delivery from My Orders โ Report issue. See the returns & refunds policy for the full process.
- When are returns allowed?
- Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable, except for damaged-on-arrival, wrong-item-shipped or quality defects supported by photos/video.
Payments
- What payment methods are supported?
- UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards via Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available for B2B orders.
- Is my payment data stored?
- No card details are stored on Bfor servers โ everything is tokenised by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1).
